Startups seek individuals who understand the unique challenges of working for a startup. Founders don’t have the time or energy to educate the new graduates or their interns about soft skills. SAGE is positioned as a solution to this quest with Startup Career Readiness Program.
Startup Career Readiness Program calls for university students or new graduates aiming to start working in startups with an ambition to become productive team members from day 1. Candidates who pass the SAGE Talent Development Test are eligible to attend the Readiness Program. Successful graduates are directed to the internship and new graduate job positions of SAGE Super partner startups.
10 Global startups who have already fundraised are working with SAGE to select the best candidates for their internship program. Participants will take the “Entrepreneurial Thinking for the 21st Century Leader” Course in the SAGE curriculum and take the Talent Development Test developed by SAGE. Successful graduates will start their careers in Startups as Interns or full-time employees.
