Startup Internship Readiness Program

What is SAGE SUPER
Startups seek individuals who understand the unique challenges of working for a startup. Founders don’t have the time or energy to educate the new graduates or their interns about soft skills. SAGE is positioned as a solution to this quest with Startup Career Readiness Program.
Startup Career Readiness Program calls for university students or new graduates aiming to start working in startups with an ambition to become productive team members from day 1. Candidates who pass the SAGE Talent Development Test are eligible to attend the Readiness Program. Successful graduates are directed to the internship and new graduate job positions of SAGE Super partner startups.
10 Global startups who have already fundraised are working with SAGE to select the best candidates for their internship program. Participants will take the “Entrepreneurial Thinking for the 21st Century Leader” Course in the SAGE curriculum and take the Talent Development Test developed by SAGE. Successful graduates will start their careers in Startups as Interns or full-time employees.
GET READY TO WORK AT A STARTUP
We help you to acquire Entrepreneurial Thinking as a mindset and get plenty of real-life experiences trying out different tasks at a startup. As startups grow quickly and need to scale up, internships often turn into full-time positions.
CREDIBLE CERTIFICATION
We provide a Certificate of Participation from our Estonian Company and if the students pass our graduation test, they also get a Certification of Successful Completion From UC Berkeley Spinout Innovation Acceleration Group. Gaining a trusted certification is a way to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise.
INFLUENTIAL NETWORKS
Being an alumnus of a school is crucial but there are wider networks available for young people to learn and excel in.
We provide the youth with tools to help them build strong support systems and be part of innovative communities at an early age that will support their career for years to come, whether they chose to be digital nomads or work remotely from home.

Program is composed of 9 hour of live training over Zoom, +3 hour video training, and self paced work.
Students are expected to contribute to the class discussion and come prepared to add value to the community.
Each student will have an independent submission and a group submission to be able to graduate from the SAGE SUPER Program
Students will be learning how to use new technologies and online tools to present their creativity and passion like Discord, Medium and Canva

The live sessions of the program will be operated over Zoom at between 20:00 – 22:00 (GMT+3).
BEFORE YOU APPLY
This program material is presented fully in English including the videos, quizzes and presentations. Depending on availability of multilingual instructors, the narration of lectures can be in Turkish.
The participants are expected to join the sessions fully with their cameras on in order to be eligible for participation and successful completion certifications.
Due to the high level of interaction required as well as tasks to be submitted throughout the lectures, applicants should be attending the course with their laptop / desktops but not their mobile phones / tablets to guarantee functionality and enjoyment.
COURSE FEE & PAYMENT
The cost of the full program is 500$. This cost includes the cost of receiving an electronic copy of a participation certification to be signed by YellowX Estonia (conditions apply). The price doesn’t include the cost of the Successful Completion Certification Test, which the students can get by making an additional 100$ payment. The payment form will be sent as disclosed in the brochure.
